Re: How do you suppress TIFFWarnings?

When an exception is thrown in the C# code there is a check to determine if warnings should be raised as an exception or should be ignored. But when an exception is created this will always be logged and that is why the message ends up in the log. You will need to add your own filter as you did.

Re: How do you suppress TIFFWarnings?

Which version are you using and can you provide a link to your file and a small sample that I can use to reproduce the issue? A warning should normally be ignored so I don't understand why you are getting that exception.

Re: Creating image with label text

Do you have a command line example of what you want to do? If you want to create a labels you can just do: new MagickImage("label:Your Text"). And if you want to control the font and the font size you can use the overload that accepts readsettings.

Re: Bitmap lower version images(BMP3, BMP2,..) reading issues for ImageMagic 7

More details here: https://github.com/dlemstra/Magick.NET/issues/210

DJdev tried to do this:

Code: Select all

magick bmp3:logo3.bmp logo3.jpg
This will work in the next version of Magick.NET

It appears you found a bug. The second block of code should work. I just pushed a patch to fix this issue. Will try to publish a new release this weekend.

Re: Magick.NET slows down over time while processing a large batch of images?

Thanks for reporting this and it looks like you found a bug in the internal memory resource counters. This will be resolve in the next version of Magick.NET that I will try to release this weekend.

Re: AddProfile very slow from version 7.2.0.0

It does look like this slow down was causing by adding support for HDRI color profile management. Will need to think of a way to fix this. Will get back to you when I have more info.

Re: Noobie question regarding CopyPixels

I wonder why you are using the CopyPixels method. I suspect you will need to use one of the Composite overloads to accomplish your goal.

Re: Magick.NET slows down over time while processing a large batch of images?

The slow down is caused because by your process is running out of memory and ImageMagick will use your disk because it cannot allocate more memory. I suspect that a memory leak is happening somewhere or our internal memory booking is broken at some point. Would it be possible to create an example in...

Re: AddProfile very slow from version 7.2.0.0

What changed between those versions is support for HDRI color profile management. Wondering if that slowed it down. Will need to investigate this.

Re: CMYK MagickColor strange behaviour

-set colorspace is not the same as .Colorspace. Your command would translate to this: using (MagickImage miPantone1 = new MagickImage("CMYK+4SPOT.pdf (PANTONE 371 C)")) { miPantone1.Transparent(MagickColors.White); miPantone1.SetAttribute("colorspace", "CMYK"); miPantone1.Opaque(new MagickColor("cmy...

Re: Round Image(s) overlap issue

It will freeze only the first time you run the program because it will then run a benchmark to determine the performance of your CPU and GPU. Just let it continue and you will see that it will be pretty fast the next time you run the program again.

Re: Magick.NET unable to find the required bin file

Could you post some debugging logging (or provide a link to it since it can get pretty big) ? Looking at the source code I don't understand how you could get this exception. You can find info about debug logging here: https://github.com/dlemstra/Magick.NET/blob/master/Documentation/DetailedDebugInfo...
