I have the Solution. I'm on Windows 8 64-bit Using Strawberry Perl 5.18 64-bit Installed ImageMagick 6.8.7-6-Q16 64-bit with dynamic DLLs & opted for the C++ libraries and headers. You may have to restart the system after installing Image Magick. 1) extract PerlMagick-6.86.tar.gz 2) `cd PerlMagi...
