Re: Recreate ImageMagick script to Photoshop Action

"for best quality, you need 32 bits/channel."
Someone mentioned to me that it would not matter because SVG filter would render only 8 bits per channel. Does it make sense?

Re: Recreate ImageMagick script to Photoshop Action

"If you want any more, I suggest you install ImageMagick and create them yourself." I know I am asking "too much" this is why I offered to make a donation. I would certainly do it in IM if I knew how to do it! ; ) Ive been trying to do it myself, but I am not a programmer. Can we...

Re: Recreate ImageMagick script to Photoshop Action

Hey Snigbo, this is a ZIP with 32 bits EXR files of the absolute + absolute distorted map. https://www.dropbox.com/s/mymw7b41mxlya49/Archive.zip?dl=0 Would be uber helpful if you can make the relative map, so I can make another test with a MUCH better map! ; ) Can you send the map back in EXR? Then ...

Re: Recreate ImageMagick script to Photoshop Action

Very cool Snigbo, it's working! You can see it live, just choose one of the images from the "imagens" section http://tshirtproject.wpengine.com/design/ However there are still lots of transparent pixels, and incorrect perspective/wrap. https://gyazo.com/99d2a23978c0a422a7a9d798a221f121 May...

Re: Recreate ImageMagick script to Photoshop Action

Thanks Snigbo, will find someone to help me to do this in PS!

if is something easy for you, could you provide a PNG with the relative map, for the absolute one bellow?

It would be my benchmark to help me realize when I get it done! ; )

Re: Recreate ImageMagick script to Photoshop Action

Thanks again Snigbo, you are the man! ; ) What you mean by "add 50"? Based on what you mentioned, here is what I did in PS: 1- Distorted the absolute image (perspective distort) to create the "absolute distorted map" https://gyazo.com/3f2355988939e9425e87b921ca8a9fba 2- Applied &...

Re: Recreate ImageMagick script to Photoshop Action

I also posted on a Photoshop Forum. But the same applies there, most PS users don't know ImageMagick.

I think ti's easier to find a ImageMagick user that know PS, than the inverse. This is why I am asking here. Hope it makes sense! ; )

Recreate ImageMagick script to Photoshop Action

Hello folks! I need a Photoshop Action that converts an Absolute map into a Relative one. Snigbo kindly provided me a way to convert Absolute into Relative using ImageMagick, which he explained bellow. But I need a Photoshop workflow, as I am not familiar with ImageMagick. "The identity relativ...

Re: Wrapping effect using Imagick

BTW, my question was if the source absolute map was correct, not the code itself.

The code is correct, and I sent because I thought you might find interesting and useful for your own projects

Re: Wrapping effect using Imagick

This is a script I found, not mine. Sadly I can't code, nor use command line to make an absolute map.

I thought this script could be useful/interesting for you also, this is why I shared. I'm not asking for you to debug anything.

Anyways, I apologise if it sounded inappropriate.

Hi Snibgo, this script is based on the tutorial bellow "Changing the absolute source values to relative values". https://www.dropbox.com/s/5iscoderenpnezj/map.zip?dl=0 On the attached file you can find: pspmap.png (image I replaced) pspmaporiginal.png (correct example image) However the ge...

Re: Wrapping effect using Imagick

Thanks for the feedback! Will try to make a 64 bits map then. The workflow you mentioned is out of my abilities to do in IM. Is is possible to do the same in Photoshop? I googled a lot the past 2 weeks, but dit not find any tutorial on creating absolute and relative maps in PS. We managed to make th...
