Thank you very much GeeMack, the "-background non" solved the problem!

If "-transparent white" isn't the last attribute, then it doesn't show any effect. "-shave 1" also don't show any effect, in any constellation. And "-bordercolor white -border 1" makes the wind rose ugly, the transparent parts in the middle gets white boarders too. Mayb...
