Re: Conditionally Adding Padding To Images

In IM 7, you can do conditional processing with %{fx: ..] calculations in line. So try these: magick -size 600x100 xc:black black.png magick black.png -gravity center -background white -extent "%[fx:w<250?250:w]x%[fx:h<250?250:h]" result1.png magick -size 100x600 xc:black black.png magick black.png ...

Re: Create 2D image from 3D-Model

I do not think Imagemagick can read 3D model files of any kind. I think you will need some 3D tool to read and render your model to a 2D image

Re: Join various images to one image based on list!!

I can install Unix on Windows 10 and try your script. No problem for me. Claudio You say: I have 3 pictures: a.jpg - b.jpg e c.jpg I want to join all in one photo, like d.jpg = abc.jpg But I am not sure how you want to combine them. Also what is e? If I assume you just want to append them side-by-s...

Re: Convert PDF to .TIF

Imagematick does not have a flate compression. See http://www.cvisiontech.com/library/pdf/ ... ssion.html. It is similar to LZW, but for PDF files as far as I can tell and not for applying to TIFF files.

Re: ImageMagick memory consumption

Have you tried -debug resource? See https://www.imagemagick.org/script/comm ... .php#debug. I don't know if that helps or not. I have to used it before.

I understand. You will need a response from one of the developers or some one more knowledgeable that me. Sorry I cannot help.

Re: Animated GIFs performance

You can create your own entries in the delegates.xml file. But I am not sure how tightly coupled gif processing is in Imagemagick. I do not think it uses a delegate to do that work. One of the IM experts on delegates would have to help you on this.

Re: ImageMagick memory consumption

Resource limits are set in your policy.xml file. There are Environmental variable that can be set per session. See https://www.imagemagick.org/script/resources.php#environment. I do not know the you can change resources per command line. One of the IM developers or users more expert than I would hav...

Re: Join various images to one image based on list!!

I could do it in Unix, but do not know windows scripting. So perhaps one of the Windows experts can help you on this. It might help if you post a short file with a few rows of your images for experimenting and showing you how to do it.

Re: mogrify -implode: Reversible?

Perhaps some other distortion would work better. For example spherical and inverse spherical. See my script http://www.fmwconcepts.com/imagemagick/ ... /index.php as one example. You can also create your own distortions as snibgo suggested and its inverse distortion.

Re: Join various images to one image based on list!!

Please always provide your IM version and Platform. Syntax may vary.

If you make a text file listing 3 image per row, then it can be done by reading the file row by row and extracting the 3 image in the row to combine them. But this is scripting and that would depend upon your OS.

Re: Compress BMP with RLE

try

Code: Select all

magick identify -verbose .\mt_rle.bmp
and see what the compress lists. I do not think it shows in a simple magick identify

or

Code: Select all

magick identify .\mt_rle.bmp -format "%C" info:

Re: Mask usage

Just draw multiple polygons to the same mask image. You can string different polygons in the same -draw or use multiple draws.

Re: mogrify -implode: Reversible?

I do not think it is exactly invertable. try this and you will see that you do not get the original back. convert -size 94x94 xc:red -bordercolor white -border 3 redwhitebox.png convert redwhitebox.png -virtual-pixel tile -implode 4 -implode -4 tmp.png Even if so, there would be interpolation both w...
