Re: How to install Imagemagick with nvidia GPU for acceleration?

We were getting a lot of reports of access violations with NVIDIA GPUs so we disabled them for all NVIDIA GPUs

Re: I can't create a BMP4 even using bmp:format=bmp4

The file is written as BMP5 because the image has an rendering intent. To prevent that from happening you will need to add `-intent undefined` after you read the file.

Re: Lab to custom profile (CMYK or RGB) conversion bug

It looks like this issue only occurs for the HDRI build: // HDRI magick xc:"lab(112,25,-50)" -set profile Lab-D50-Identity-elle-V2.icc -intent absolute -profile ISOcoated_v2_eci.icc txt: # ImageMagick pixel enumeration: 1,1,65535,cmyk 0,0: (2028,62941,47537,7786) #07ECF5DDB9B11E6A cmyk(3.09453%,96.0...

You are pinging the image, what happens when you read it instead?

Re: histogram in Magick.net

The Histogram method returns a dictionary with the colors. You will need to do something like this to find the color:

Code: Select all

image.Histogram().ContainsKey(new MagickColor("#55FF00"))

Re: Compare without diff image

If you use null: as the diff image parameter you will not get a diff image. Maybe it would be nice if we also have an option to not even create the output image.

Re: -unsharp also brightens

This looks like an OpenCL bug to me. Not sure what is causing this though. Will need to take a look at it.

*Edit* Disabled the kernel for now.

Re: convert EXR to DWAA/DWAB compression Fails with no Error

DWAA is in the list of compression methods because that is built in our internal list. We don't check if the delegates support it.

Re: convert EXR to DWAA/DWAB compression Fails with no Error

This is probably related to the version of OpenExr that you have. You will need at least version 2.4.0.

Re: How to convert these IM commands to Magick.NET?

You can set those with `magickImage.Settings.SetDefine("png:compression-level", "0")`. But I should probably add a class called PngWriteDefines to make it much easier to set those settings. There is a GitHub issue for that here: https://github.com/dlemstra/Magick.NET/issues/225
