Re: gif speed is very fast

Add -delay X to your convert command right after convert and not after reading the input. See http://www.imagemagick.org/script/command-line-options.php#delay Please, always provide your IM version and platform when asking questions, since syntax may differ. Also provide your exact command line and ...

Re: Image Magick converts only the first 4 pages of an pdf file

Edit your policy.xml file. See the locations at http://www.imagemagick.org/script/resources.php. On my Mac, it is located at find /usr | grep "policy.xml" /usr/local/etc/ImageMagick-6/policy.xml On my Mac with 8GB RAM, my default resource settings are: convert -list resource Resource limits: Width: ...

Re: Fisheye 235° to equirectangular

You must call the script from a Linux window, not a Windows DOS CMD window. If the script errors earlier in the argument parsing, then it may fail later with other messages about not being able to read the input image. So I would not worry about the second message. You need to run the script from a ...

Re: Fisheye 235° to equirectangular

There is no "-h}" at that line in my script! Not sure what is going on. But I would suggest you test with a simple ImageMagick command line first. If that works, then try one of my simpler scripts such as 2colorthresh. But be sure you have followed my Pointers For Use on my home page at my like belo...

Re: IM7 Read Exception for specific size transparent PNG

Is libpng installed and a current version (mine is 1.6.34)?

You can check from

Code: Select all

magick -version
and

Code: Select all

magick -list format

Re: IM7 Read Exception for specific size transparent PNG

I can do identify -verbose just fine on IM 6.9.10.6 and IM 7.0.8.6 Mac OSX Sierra just fine on your original PNG image. It is a fully transparent white image.

IM 7.0.8.7 is not released yet, so may be in a state of flux due to development.

Re: Converting CLI Command to C#

I cannot give C# code. But be careful. If your images have spaces in the names, you need to put quotes around the images; otherwise ImageMagick thinks you have two different images. You must also have a space between the parentheses and the command. convert t.png \( "Trent - Fri2.jpg" - resize 1670x...

Re: Remove/Fix white lines

I could be wrong, but I think it was a manual process to convert the area/line into transparency in the input image. If you know where the line is and how thick, you can create the mask like I did, but inverted so that the line is black and everything else is white. Then put that binary image into t...

Re: Remove/Fix white lines

You can apply a median filter, but it will blur the image a bit. magick shed.jpg -statistic median 1x15 shed_med1x15.jpg Or you can create a binary mask just where the line exists and use the mask to decide between the original and the median filtered version in the output. This will only mitigate t...

Re: Separate single photos out of Photo Album page scan

You can run my script from Windows 10 Unix.

You might post an example of one of your images. You can post to any free image hosting service and put the URL here. That will help people understand your question and perhaps be able to offer tested solutions.

Re: Compose multiple images together (for rating)

If you know where you want to break it into two lines, then try adding a new line character such as "to\navoid" convert -respect-parentheses background.png \ \( product.jpg -resize x400 \) \ -gravity west -geometry +100+0 -compose over -composite \ \( red_box.png -fill white \ -font "/Library/fonts/...
