Re: Layered Tiffs to PDF

Please, always provide your IM version and platform when asking questions, since syntax may differ. Also provide your exact command line and if possible your images. Re: Invalid TIFF directory; tags are not sorted in ascending order. `TIFFReadDirectoryCheckOrder'

The first 3 are just warnings and can be ignore. The last implies there is a malformed TIFF which is missing the JPEG tables, assuming it is JPEG compressed.

Re: save files as group after specific pattern image

What is your Imagemagick version and platform? You would need to script that looping over all the images and testing for your pattern image name. Scripting is different on Linux/Mac than Windows. This appears really to be about script. Imagemagick does not seem to be involved. Correct me if I misund...

Re: CLUT Photoshop vs ImageMagick (Differences)

Does work to produce the same result in one line. Thanks! I have yet to learn the syntax of ImageMagick
The difference is that here I had you delay the quantization to the final color image; whereas in your original code, you quantized the grayscale image before applying the clut.

My libjpeg is 90. My GS is 9.21. Perhaps upgrade your libjpeg and see if that helps.

Re: CLUT Photoshop vs ImageMagick (Differences)

Other potential differences could come from whether there is a profile attached to your TIFF or especially the PNG file and what type it is (e.g. Adobe RGB vs sRGB vs none). Also what rendering intent is specified with the profile.

Re: CLUT Photoshop vs ImageMagick (Differences)

You could create a 3D Hald image in Imagemagick as PNG format via hald:8. Then take it to PS and apply the same look up table you use in PS to that image. Then save again as PNG format. Then bring that back to Imagemagick and use -hald-clut to apply it to your original TIFF and see if that works bet...

Re: CLUT Photoshop vs ImageMagick (Differences)

Please post your original TIF rather than a png version of it. Also always provide your IM version and platform as syntax may vary. Are you sure your clut.png image is the very same as used in PS? try also convert source.tif -channel B -separate +channel clut.png -clut -dither none -type palette PNG...

Re: Convert PDF with font to JPG, annoying horizontal line

(using "RuneAMN Sans" font) convert -density 100 -colorspace sRGB book_of_RuneAMN_Pro_Fonts_limited.pdf[4] -alpha Remove -quality 90 book.jpg This command works fine for me on IM 6.9.9.40 Q16 Mac OSX and also 6.9.7.4 Q16 . Check your versions of ghostscript and libjp...

Re: PAID: Looking for help configuring a script.

I am not on Windows (I use a Mac) so this is a unix style script to run through all your images that I put into folder test1 and wrote the jpg output to folder test2. They all seem to work fine as a simple command without all the resizes using IM 6.9.9.40 Q16 Mac OSX or IM 7.0.7.24 Q16 Mac OSX with ...
