I am in desperate need of ImageMagick 6.6.3 Q16 for Windows.

I think there is no place on the Web that systemetically stores old precompiled versions of IM.

But I always have some of them in backhand, and in this case you are lucky: You can download it at http://www.unfallrekonstruktion.de/imag ... ws-dll.exe

Old sources are generally kept on Source Forge...

Look in old-sources.

Note these only hold the last patch (-?? number) of any specific point release, but generally that is fine enough to look back though to any stage of IM development.

The ChangeLog lists when things were added or modified allowing you to better find what version you want.
Recent updates to the ChangeLog include the SVN version at the time of a release.
