I *still* can't get ImageMagick to work in Foswiki

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

I *still* can't get ImageMagick to work in Foswiki

Post by technotrope »

OS:Linux "2.6.34-12-default i686"
System:openSUSE 11.3 (i586)

In the Foswiki support forum, I posted that I'm getting a "can't locate Imagepath in @INC" error when trying to use the ImageMagick plugin. One user pointed out that the "@INC" reference actually was indicating that "it can't find the Library file Image/Magic,.pm." I don't find that manually, either. However, I *do* find the "/var/www/Foswiki/lib/Foswiki/Plugins/ImagePlugin" dir, which contains:

-Config.spec
- Core.pm
-IMAGETOOLTIP.pm

At this user's suggestion, I installed the "perl-PerlMagick-6.6.1.0-4.5.1.i586.rpm" package yesterday, but it made no difference. Can anyone please offer a newbie some additional help in getting this plugin working?

Thanks, in advance.
