installing old imagemagick (6.9.3-7 Q16)

As of title, I need to install this version of the ImageMagick software (to make it work with the imagick.dll for php) at least that's what imagick on phpinfo() says, if you know of a version that works too, please tell me.
I found two completely different sources
http://windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/deps/ (folders: bin, lib, include)
https://sourceforge.net/projects/imagem ... s/6.x/6.9/ (that one has a whole lot of files but no visualmagick or configure)

I honestly think that the first one is the right one (also because the second is -10 and not -7) but I have no clue on how to install or compile it, so please tell me how to do it (I know very very little about C++ and compiling and whatever, but I have access to Visual Studio 2015, keep it simple please)

posting just so everyone can see, as I spent 3 weeks trying to install this thing, and as I saw around the internet I'm not the only one so yeah, there it is.
Really perverted way to install something though...
