The files are read in alphabetical order. Using leading zeroes will solve the problem:

4-0-00.jpg
4-0-01.jpg
4-0-02.jpg
4-0-03.jpg
4-0-04.jpg
4-0-05.jpg
4-0-06.jpg
4-0-07.jpg
4-0-08.jpg
4-0-09.jpg
4-0-10.jpg
4-0-11.jpg
