How to filter color image

Hello everyone,

I'm a complete newbie to imagemagick. Can someone point me in the right direction how to achieve the result image from any source images as below? Thanks.

Please, always provide your IM version and platform when asking questions, since syntax may differ. Also provide your exact command line and if possible your images.

Your yellow color seems to be coming from some texture image. Is that correct? If so, provide the yellow texture image along with your IM version and platform.
