Ubuntu 18 Rails App

I am running a Rails 5.2 app using paperclip and imagemagick to process images. I get an error message Paperclip::Errors::NotIdentifiedByImageMagickError from my server and cannot figure out why. I have imagemagick 7.0.8-56 installed. Image uploads worked on my old server (ubuntu 14) and work locally (OSX). One difference I noticed is when I run identify -list format on my Ubuntu 18 server the list does not include JPG or PNG or any important image format. Any ideas why I am getting the error? I have tried to uninstall and reinstall imagemagick but that has not been successful. Thank you!

If identify -list format does not find any image delegates, then it was not installed properly or was installed from source. With source installs, one has to install all delegates first.

There is the output from my identify -list format. As you can see, no jpg.

Any idea how I can get it installed correctly and fully?

I just hard deleted the folder that had those files in it and reinstalled it. It is working now. Thank you!
