For the default dynamic build, just remove the WPG coder and it will no long be recognized. On our system we would remove /usr/local/lib/ImageMagick-6.2.8/modules-Q16/coders/wpg.so.
Use https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/discussions instead.
