Integration of Lepton by Dropbox

Hey Guys,
I am new at this Forum and I wanted to ask if it is possible to add the lepton algorithm to ImageMagick.

Interesting. It seems to define a new file format, ".lep", and a command-line program to convert between jpg and lep.

So, the program could be downloaded and two simple additions made to delegates.xml.

We'll add LEPTON support as a delegate program rather than a delegate library in the next point release of ImageMagick.
