Version pinning of tarball

Hello,
Does anyone know of a way to pin the version of ImageMagick which is retrieved from
https://www.imagemagick.org/download/ImageMagick.tar.gz
or any of the available mirrors?
Working in a dev environment where this is important. For example, I recently created a script
to download and install version 7.0.7-14; later, when I ran the same script, version -16 showed up.
