pHash on different versions of system

Hello,
I have installed the newest version: 7.0.8-12 on my Centos 6 (32 bit) and on second system: Windows 10 (64 bit).
I have problem with perceptual phash becouse the results are different on this two systems (convert)
I know that phash values can be different in various verions of ImageMagic but is it normal that they are different on 32 and 64-bit systems?
The result of comparing (compare) on the system #1 and #2 for sample picture is ~3 but when one set of values (first image) comes from Centos and second set (second image) from Windows the result is ~1.5.
