ImageMagick leverages Ghostscript to render Postscript images. If Ghostscript can process your EPS image, ImageMagick can. Try converting your EPS image directly to Ghostscript. If it fails, post to the Ghostscript user group for help. If it works but fails with ImageMagick, post a URL to your EPS image here and we will take a closer look.
