Hi,
using the latest imagemagick :
Version: ImageMagick 7.0.9-21 Q16 x64 2020-02-01 http://www.imagemagick.org
Visual C++: 180040629
Features: Cipher DPC HDRI Modules OpenCL OpenMP(2.0)
Delegates (built-in): bzlib cairo flif freetype gslib heic jng jp2 jpeg lcms lqr lzma openexr pangocairo png ps raw rsvg tiff webp xml zlib

if I try to read an "old" FIF file ( Fractal Image File ) ( Iterated systems ) I get this :

identify: unable to open module file 'C:\Program Files\ImageMagick-7.0.9-Q16-HDRI\modules\coders\IM_MOD_RL_FIF_.dll': No such file or directory @ warning/module.c/GetMagickModulePath/675.
identify: no decode delegate for this image format `FIF' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/562.

How can I read such image with Imagemagick ?

"magick -list format" lists the formats IM can read and/or write. "FIF" is not listed. See also https://www.imagemagick.org/script/formats.php , which doesn't list FIF.

Maybe you could open an issue on GitHub with a link to some documentation on how to implement it. You might get lucky and someone decides to add this to ImageMagick.
