imagemagick-6.3.4 doesn't display a svg file properly

imagemagick-6.3.4 doesn't display a svg file properly

The affected file is:
http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=129800

It cannot be displayed by "display" or used by
"convert", only a white image is displayed or created. Seems an upstream bug
(all other svg apps display the file fine)

The SVG file renders properly with ImageMagick 6.3.5-7, the current release.
