Different versions of ImageMagick gives different results

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

Different versions of ImageMagick gives different results

I have installed ImageMagick 6.3.6 and also ImageMagick 7.0.7 on the same machine .But the results from both versions are completely different. Kindly share your ideas!

Version 6.3.6 must at a guess over 10 years old; a lot has changed since then.

Nobody will be able to comment if they can not see the original image and the results you are talking about.
