Phantom Photoshop layers

Layer 0 is the compatibility layer included because sometimes ImageMagick has trouble reading the other layers. The PSD coder needs work but we have not gotten any volunteers and its a difficult format to support because there is little documentation. To get the specs from Adobe they require you sign a non-compete doc which we refuse to do.
