How to change colour temperature of photos?

Hi, is there a way for me to specify changing the colour temperature of photos? In photography, this is usually on the Kelvin scale, or more coarsely speaking, by specificying the type of light (e.g. tungsten, fluorescent, daylight)? For example, if I have shot an image under fluorescent light, I would like to change the colour temperature to daylight.
