Upgrade DCRaw

From what I understand, imagemagick uses dcraw to convert raw files. Is there a way to upgrade the version of dcraw imagemagick uses so it's up-to-date?
It might be helpful if you could point them to the most current release. They have been trying to update it in the past whenever anyone points out a more current version.
Also you might get faster response if you post this to the Developers forum.
