Trying to install Imagemagick in Windows 10

Downloaded ImageMagick-7.0.8-42-Q16-x64-dll.exe, but I believe something is missing. So, I tried to download ImageMagick-7.0.8-42-Q16-x64-static.exe but this does not exist. The HTTP download link is 404 and don't know how to set up and use FTP.

Can someone please advise what I need to install in Windows 10 64bit, and where can I find the downloads.
