Difference between 2 psd files as a binary file. Which one will be used to recreate psd file

Good morning,
I've a problem with create binary file from difference of two .psd files.

After that I'll want use this difference file binary file to recreate .psd file which one was used to create bin file.

Someone solved similar problem?

As far as I know, IM can't process PSD layers.

You would have to separate the layers into individual images. Then process each of the individual images. Then combine the separated layers with your difference image to create a new PSD file.
