convert -resize large image -> error

Your default temporary disk partition is not large enough. Use the MAGICK_TMPDIR environment variable to set a path to a location with plenty of free temporary disk space.

The file is not there as you are trying to read the output file!!!!

The output filename must always be the LAST name on the command line.

As I said. IM will consider the file as an image to read UNLESS it is the last argument on the command line.. Your last argument was 'all' as in "-debug all" and not the output file name!
