Looking for an ImageMagick Expert who needs a few extra buck

I want to use ImageMagick to dynamically build images, read like "Scene7"
This would allow me to have a background image that I overlay text or other images on to create an image that can be displayed on the web
We are going to invoke this from a Java J2EE application running on IBM WebSphere.
