[magick-users] Image Magic problem

Dear all,
 
        I am new to this Image Magic software, i used convert.exe to convert
PDF to gif. 
the command is:
 
"C:\ImageMagick\convert.exe" -colors 16 -background none -crop 0x0
-antialias -density 116x118 -transparent "#808080" "c:\stripin.pdf"
"c:\si1.gif"
 
In that I can't able to set the below option
 
    Source Pallet, bits per color : 1
 
   Transparency Index : 7
 
   Transparent Color : 255 255 255
