I'm unable to install PerlMagick 6.82.0 anywhere - compilation fails. tests fail on Windows
Because PerlMagick on CPAN is outdated compared to PerlMagick in ImageMagick source.
Also patch from https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=81936 is required to compile on Windows.
