I am sorry! It took long to get back. Converting page by page did the trick and this is resolved.

Thanks! I meant to put the version and I forgot. Sorry.

Windows 7 64 bit Machine. ImageMagick 6.8.3 Q16 (32-bit) is the version. I cannot uplaod the image I am testing. I will try to find one test image and upload later.

Any thoughts until then?

split multi page tif and retain the original quality & color

Hi,
I am splitting multi-page tiffs to individual tifs using the following command.

Convert a.tif -scene 1 a%d.tif

However the output images are losing color and the quality of the original image.

How can I just split the image without changing the quality (color, size etc.)
