Re: IIS 6.0 problems
I just tried to install ImageMagick-6.3.8-1-Q8-windows-dll.exe This seems to be an install bug under windows. Got the same problem. There is no "Image" folder found under /perl/site/lib/auto/ as with earlier installations. :shock: Went back to ImageMagick-6.3.7-10-Q8-windows-dll.exe and al...

problem with PerlMagick Resize(blur=>0)
ImageMagick-6.3.6-3-Q8-windows-dll.exe I have some older perl code where I used a statement like $error = $image1->Resize(width=>75,height=>75,blur=>0); which now produces a black image; but it works fine without the blur parameter. I can't remember why I had blur=>0 anyway, so my fix is to remove i...

Draw circle, rectangle, polyline
Using ImageMagick-6.3.4-6-Q8-windows-dll.exe draw primitive=>'polyline' fills the interior as if a solid polygon; do I need additional parameters? use Image::Magick; $image=Image::Magick->new; $error=$image->Set(size=>'200x200'); $error=$image->Draw( primitive=>'polyline', stroke=>'red', points=>'20...

versions 6.2.9-8 and more recent crash IIS
Howdy Rick,
I am able to run perlMagick using ImageMagick-6.2.9-7-Q8-windows-dll.exe
under Windows 2003 Server and IIS.
I am not able to run any more recent version... IIS crashes hard.
Have you been able to do so?
Thanks,
Blair

I installed ActiveState build 817 and get the same results. I work in an office with 20 other wildlife management trained folks that have no experience in compiling C programs. Several years ago I compiled IM 5.3.3 by following instructions supplied with that release. I can aquire MS Visual C 2003 w...
