pcx palette offset

Hello there. After weeks of googling and searching the forum, i decide to ask.
I have a pcx with indexed palette, I'm searching a way to offset the palette by one, or, add a color in the first position and move the others 1 position to the right.
The -cycle command doesn't help because it sends the last color in the first position.
