So I installed the windows version ImageMagick-7.0.8-39-Q16-x64-dll.exe and it seems pretty useless. All I can do with it is view images, and crop them. Where is all the colour manipulation and other stuff it is suposed to be able to do?

ImageMagick is basically a command line tool, not a GUI
