Black image output when memory limit is set

We were finally able to track down and fix the issue. The problem only occurred on systems that don't have the pwrite method and Windows is one of them. I just pushed a patch to our GIT repository to fix that and this will be fixed in ImageMagick 6.9.2-6 Beta, available by sometime tomorrow.

This is fixed in 6.9.2-6 by Dirk Lemstra
