Possible bug show: IM 6.9.8.10 Q16 Mac OSX Sierra

Post by fmw42 »

I get an error message using show: in IM 6.9.8.10, though the image does properly display. This does not happen with IM 7.0.6.0 Q16 Mac OSX Sierra

Code: Select all

convert logo: show:
display: unable to open image `display': No such file or directory @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/2701.
display: no decode delegate for this image format `' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/504.

I do not know if this is a Mac only issue or if it fail on Linux as well.

Thanks for the problem report. We can reproduce it and will have a patch to fix it in GIT master branch @ https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick later today. The patch will be available in the beta releases of ImageMagick @ http://www.imagemagick.org/download/beta/ by sometime tomorrow.
