"-floodfill" seems to have stopped working.

It worked in v6.9.5-3:

It fails in v6.9.9-50:

It also fails in v7.0.7-28:

I can confirm that it fails for IM 6.9.9.10 and 7.0.8.10 Q16 Mac OSX

Thanks for the problem report. We can reproduce it and will have a patch to fix it in GIT master branch @ https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick later today. The patch will be available in the beta releases of ImageMagick @ https://www.imagemagick.org/download/beta/ by sometime tomorrow.

Seems to be fixed in IM 6.9.10.11 and 7.0.8.11
