Diffrence between ImageMagick-6.8.8-8 and ImageMagick-6.8.8-10

Hi Team,

I am trying to get the sources of ImageMagick-6.8.8-8 (for ImageMagick-6.8.8-8-Q16-x64-dll.exe) But I could only find the sources of ImageMagick-6.8.8-10 on net . Can you please tell me the difference between this two versions. What does that -8 and -10 indicate in the name.
I am trying to get source from http://www.imagemagick.org/download/windows/releases/

The -8 and -10 means minor bug fixes to the version release, here 6.8.8. The bug fixes should be listed in the ChangeLog file.

I have downloaded the code from ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/multimedia/graphics/ImageMagick/
But for 6.8.8-8 I could not find the ImageMagick-6.8.8\VisualMagick and ImageMagick-6.8.8\VisualMagick\configure folders inside after unzip. Hence I could not configure the ImageMagick to be compiled and build using VisualStudio.

Also I will require ImageMagick-6.8.8\VisualMagick\installer\im-x64-dll-Q16.iss file to generate the ImageMagick Exe. But could not find this file also.

All the above folder hierarchy is found in the 6.8.8-10 . Can you please let me know where I can get the complete code.
