Help compiling from source on Mavericks

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

the difference in libtool between the 10.8 system and the 10.9 system is that on 10.8: it is /usr/local/bin/nm and on the 10.9 system it is /usr/local/bin/nm -B
