a quick question about gravity or geometry

Post by senkothanh037 » 2018-08-10T21:24:03-07:00

how do i move the -clone 1 image to right side of the document?
instead of -layers merge how can i use composite and position the images using geometry or gravity? I have to include few more images and i have to rotate them.

Please, always provide your IM version and platform when asking questions, since syntax may differ. Also provide your exact command line and if possible your images.

See the top-most post in this forum "IMPORTANT: Please Read This FIRST Before Posting" at http://www.imagemagick.org/discourse-se ... f=1&t=9620

If using Imagemagick 7, then see http://imagemagick.org/script/porting.php#cli

For novices, see

For compositing images see:

https://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/compose/
https://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/layers/#convert

You can add -gravity along with -geometry when you use -compose XXX -composite. You can rotate inside the parenthesis as well as resize if you want.

Please post example images to some free hosting service and put the URLs here, so we can see what you want to do.
