Possible to repeat enclosed effect with ImageMagick?

Anthony - has anyone translated the halftone offset script to one of the coding APIs before?

Not that I know of. Not that I would say the method is final. As I mentioned it is not really true half tone effect, but a faked one.

IM is opensource.
